My name is Demetris Theodosiou and I am based in London UK.
I have long been passionate about art. In recent years I have explored new techniques and genres, refining my art works to the point where I am now pleased to share my work. My debut series depicts musicians, artists, and actors who inspire me, rendered as unique, recognisable interpretations that use colour and textured abstraction. Is this site safe?
I have built my website on Squarespace to make shopping faster and more enjoyable. Your safety is my priority, so the new site features full SSL encryption and secure, trusted payment options. Squarespace handles site security and all payment data is encrypted. All credit card information is never stored or handled by this site ; it goes directly to the payment processor's secure servers.
I am a new business and have a commitment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. I wish all my customers and clients to have an enjoyable easy experience buying an original piece of art that will hopefully take pride of place in their home. I will treat everyone exactly how I would like to be treated if I was purchasing a valuable artwork. 100% transparency and 100% customer service.
Are the canvasses Framed?
All canvases are unframed unless otherwise noted on the description page of the product.
What is your UK Delivery and Order Process?
Utmost care is taken to ensure that all canvases are safely packed and sent. This will be personally supervised by myself. You will receive an email confirmation once an order has been placed and further communication including shipping/carrier information and tracking number once the order has been despatched.
Delivery is Free on all orders to the UK. Artwork will be sent via DPD or Parcelforce unless specifically advised.
I will endeavour to despatch the artwork within 5-7 days from purchase, with delivery in the UK usually taking place 2-5 days after despatch.
All shipments will require a signature or picture of delivery and are tracked. Please note that in exceptional circumstances, where unforeseen events prevents despatch within 5-7 days, you will be notified by email of the expected delay and given the option to cancel the order if the delay is unacceptable.
Do you send to International destinations?
If you are outside the UK and would like to make a purchase please contact me. I do ship internationally to certain destinations, however, this might be subject to import duties and taxes, depending on the country, which is outside of my control. Send me a contact message and i will get back to you quickly.
What if my package or Artwork is damaged ?
Upon receiving your artwork, we ask that you always inspect the package. If you see any damage that you suspect may have compromised the artwork inside, please decline acceptance and it will be sent back to us.
If you accept delivery and find upon opening that the Artwork has been damaged or compromised. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide adequate details of the damage with images. If you do not contact us within 3 days we will assume the Artwork was received in a satisfactory condition.
Is there a return/refund policy?
I am committed to ensuring 100% satisfaction with the art piece purchased. Like most artists i always wish to see the artworks I have created, enjoyed and cherished by the new owners, which is why if there is any issue with your order please contact me ASAP.
Upon receiving your artwork , we will give you seven (7) days to decide if you would like to keep the artwork or return it for a refund. Please note that if you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 working days of notifying us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Please also note if returning an artwork it must be shipped back to its origin in the exact same condition and packaging. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to us. You will also need to arrange and pay for delivery using the same shipping service which was used to send the order to you. Once we receive the item and make sure that it’s undamaged, we will issue your refund promptly minus any original shipping costs.
